We offer a 45-day return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Returns require prior authorization

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Electrical or safety-critical components once opened

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
